Frosting Fashions Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns on NON-CLEARANCE unused merchandise or merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Clearance merchandise which has been discounted below 50% off will be final sale. Unfortunately, with our always-changing inventory, we are unable to process exchanges. In the case of a gift return, please request account credit to be used anytime after the return is processed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are happy to offer price adjustments if the price of the purchased item drops within one week of the original purchase date. However, customers are limited to one price adjustment per item.
We do our best to ensure that every item we ship is in perfect condition. If an item does arrive damaged and you wish to replace it, please e-mail us at customerservice@shopfrosting.com, letting us know which item was damaged so we can make sure to have your replacement ready.
To return an item:
- Fill out the return form included in your shipment, using the information found on your receipt. Please don’t forget to tell us the reason for the return.
- If you would like to obtain a credit on your Frosting account, rather than a refund to the purchasing credit card, please fill out the corresponding section on the return form.
- If you need another return form, do not have your receipt, or need any other assistance, please contact us at customerservice@shopfrosting.com.
- Pack the items securely with the return form and ship at your own cost back to us. Please use a delivery service offering shipment tracking and insure your shipment for the proper amount. We do not accept responsibility for returned items lost in transit.

- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt of your shipment (generally 1-2 days after receipt). We will send you an e-mail upon processing your return.
